Przygotowują dania z ryb z różnych regionów świata
Makaron z omułkami czy risotto z krewetkami – dania z ryb z różnych regionów świata uczy się przygotowywać ponad 50 uczniów z 3 szkół powiatu puckiego. Organizatorem zajęć jest Północnokaszubska Lokalna Grupa Rybacka.
To kontynuacja głośnego projektu „Kuchnia z ikrą”,w którym młodzież odbywała praktyki w restauracjach i przetwórniach rybnych. Pomysł okazał się dużym sukcesem i został nagrodzony na forum Komisji Europejskiej. PLGR rozpoczęła kolejny cykl szkoleń, tym razem pod hasłem „Ryba w kuchniach świata”. Uczniowie biorą udział w zajęciach teoretycznych oraz praktykach ze znanymi kucharzami. Pierwszy test przeszli już młodzi gastronomicy ze szkoły w Kłaninie.
Udział w szkoleniach oprócz szkoły w Kłaninie biorą również uczniowie z Zespołu Szkół nr 1 we Władysławowie oraz z Powiatowego Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego i Zawodowego w Pucku.
