Od kilku dni obowiązuje nowy taryfikator mandatów
800 zł za nieuprawnione parkowanie na kopercie, 100 zł za brak kasku dla kierowców quadów. Od kilku dni obowiązuje nowy taryfikator mandatów.
– Teraz możemy zapłacić nawet dwa razy więcej – informuje oficer prasowy Komendy Powiatowej Policji w Wejherowie, Anetta Potrykus.
Ministerstwo Spraw Wewnętrznych wydało w tej sprawie nowe rozporządzenie, które ma dostosować mandaty do ubiegłorocznych zmian w prawie, podwyższa też wysokość niektórych kar pieniężnych dla kierowców. Zaostrzono między innymi sankcje wobec parkujących na miejscach dla niepełnosprawnych oraz dla kierowców ciężarówek. Do tej pory maksymalna wysokość mandatu za te wykroczenie wynosiła 500 zł.
Zgodnie z nowym taryfikatorem piesi za brak elementów odblaskowych po zmroku w terenie niezabudowanym otrzymają 100 złotych mandatu, a pijani rowerzyści – 500 zł. Nowością jest także stuzłotowy mandat za brak kasku – teraz obejmuje on nie tylko kierowców i pasażerów jednośladów, ale także czterokołowców, np. quadów.
