Wybudują parking przy cmentarzu na Roszczynialskiego
Za dwa tygodnie rozpocznie się budowa długo oczekiwanego parkingu przy cmentarzu w Wejherowie. 2 ostatnie lata trwało uzyskiwanie odpowiednich pozwoleń.
– To długo oczekiwana inwestycja – mówi Kierownik Wydziału Inwestycji, Gospodarki Komunalnej i Ochrony Środowiska Urzędu Miasta w Wejherowie, Stanisław Brzozowski.
Inwestycja ma odciążyć wąskie uliczki w okolicach cmentarza przy ulicy Roszczynialskiego, które na Wszystkich Świętych są praktycznie nieprzejezdne. Działania projektowe i proceduralne trwały dwa lata. Potrzebna była m.in. zgoda Lasów Państwowych na wycięcie 13 tysięcy metrów kwadratowych lasu pod budowę. Monitorowany i bezpłatny, parking będzie miał 299 miejsc postojowych, w tym 15 dla niepełnosprawnych i 3 autobusowe. Znajdą się tam również toalety i wiaty dla handlujących zniczami i kwiatami. W tym miesiącu ma zostać wybrany w przetargu wykonawca inwestycji, prace mają ruszyć za 2 tygodnie.
