Jest mało chętnych, by zostać rodziną zastępczą
Coraz mniej chętnych, by zostać rodziną zastępczą. W powiecie kartuskim taki status w ubiegłym roku otrzymały tylko 4 rodziny. A schronienie kartuski PCPR musiał zapewnić aż dla 32 dzieci, które w 2014 roku decyzją sądu musiały opuścić swój dom rodzinny.
– Zaostrzone kryteria odstraszają kandydatów – przyznaje dyrektor Powiatowego Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie w Kartuzach Gabriela Gołata.
Aby stworzyć rodzinę zastępczą należy złożyć odpowiedni wniosek, niezbędne dokumenty, zaświadczenia lekarskie i referencje. Kandydaci muszą uzbroić się w cierpliwość, bo czeka ich wizyta urzędników, wywiad z pedagogiem, szkolenia, staż i masa spraw papierkowych. W powiecie kartuskim łącznie pieczą zastępczą objętych jest już 266 dzieci. Rodzice zawodowi otrzymują nieco ponad 2 tys. zł na utrzymanie dziecka, rodzina niezawodowa 1000 zł.
