Nie będzie przejazdu tak zwaną „małą obwodnicą” Kartuz
Nie będzie na razie przejazdu tak zwaną „małą obwodnicą” Kartuz. Wojewoda pomorski unieważnił uchwałę kartuskich radnych, w której zobowiązywali oni burmistrz miasta do przejęcia na rzecz gminy leśnego odcinka przedłużenia ulicy Chmieleńskiej. To ważny dla kierowców objazd. Niestety – właściciel – Nadleśnictwo Kartuzy zamknęło jakiś czas temu leśny odcinek drogi – nie chcąc ponosić odpowiedzialności za ewentualne szkody kierowców. Do przejęcia tej drogi przez miasto panią burmistrz zobowiązać chcieli kartuscy radni. Uchwała jednak – zdaniem służb wojewody -została błędnie sformułowana. Bo radni nie mają prawa zobowiązać burmistrza do składania woli przejęcia drogi. Rada mogłaby jedynie wyrazić intencję bądź stanowisko w tej sprawie. Jak pisze portal ekspres kaszubski, sprawa nie jest jednak przekreślona,bo wszystko zależy od burmistrza miasta, który dysponuje z urzędu uprawnieniami do prowadzenia rozmów i podejmowania działań w sprawie przejęcia drogi.
