Wybiorą inwestycje do budżetu obywatelskiego
Remonty, rekreacja, festyny i estetyka – mieszkańcy Wejherowa wybiorą inwestycje do budżetu obywatelskiego spośród 47 propozycji pozytywnie ocenionych przez specjalną komisję. Wyniki jej prac ogłoszono na ostatniej sesji Rady Miasta.
W marcu Wejherowianie zgłosili 64 projekty do budżetu obywatelskiego na łączną kwotę około 5 i pół miliona złotych. 16 z nich nie spełniało wymogów formalnych lub okazało się zbyt drogie do realizacji, jeden wycofał sam wnioskodawca. Ostatecznie pod głosowanie mieszkańców poddane zostanie 47 projektów na łączną kwotę ponad 4 milionów złotych.
– Ten wynik świadczy o dużym zaangażowaniu mieszkańców – cieszy się prezydent Wejherowa Krzysztof Hildebrandt.
W kwietniu Wejherowianie wyłonią w głosowaniu te projekty, które zostaną zrealizowane. Na ten cel ratusz zabezpieczył 800 tysięcy złotych, jednak kwota ta może zostać powiększona. – Nie wykluczamy takiej możliwości, jeżeli będzie duże zapotrzebowanie – mówi prezydent Hildebrandt. Od 4 do 28 kwietnia będzie można oddawać głosy na stronie internetowej miasta, tam też znajduje się lista projektów. Można też głosować na tradycyjnych kartach w kancelarii Urzędu Miasta, ratuszu, WCK, Miejskiej Bibliotece Publicznej oraz Zespołach Szkół nr 2 i 3.
