Prowokowali do sprzedaży alkoholu nieletnim
Zarzut podwójnego oszustwa usłyszeli „fałszywi inspektorzy” z Gdyni. Prowokowali do sprzedaży alkoholu nieletnim, potem żądali łapówek za milczenie.
– Jedna ze sklepikarek pod presją oszustów wręczyła kilkaset złotych, druga zaproponowała wezwanie policji. Wtedy oszuści uciekli, a sprawą zajęła się policja – opisuje rzecznik gdyńskiej policji Michał Rusak.
Trójosobową szajkę tworzyło dwóch mężczyzn w wieku 17 i 29 lat, oraz 23-letnia kobieta. 10 marca odwiedzili dwa sklepy na Wiczlinie i Dąbrowie, gdzie najmłodszy kupował alkohol. Potem do akcji wkraczała pozostała dwójka. Dwóm zatrzymanym wczoraj mężczyznom grozi do 8 lat więzienia. Wyższy wyrok może usłyszeć kobieta, która trafiła do aresztu w związku z jeszcze inną sprawą kryminalną. Konsekwencje mogą ponieść także sklepikarki, które sprzedały piwo nieletniemu – grozi im utrata koncesji na sprzedaż alkoholu i kara grzywny.
