Uwaga na oszustów podszywających się pod pracowników firmy Energa
Nasilają się działania oszustów, którzy podszywają się pod grupę ENERGA i przedstawiają gotowe umowy na dostawy energii elektrycznej. Wyłudzenia dotyczą przede wszystkim mieszkańców Gdyni.
ENERGA od pierwszego lipca zmieniła swoje taryfy, oszuści chodzą natomiast po mieszkaniach i przekonują, że żeby z nich skorzystać, należy podpisać nową umowę. Dostawca przygotował oficjalne oświadczenie w tej sprawie, w którym czytamy, że „Wprowadzona 1 lipca zmiana taryf, zatwierdzona przez Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki, nie pociąga za sobą konieczności podpisania nowej bądź aneksowania dotychczasowej umowy”.
Oszuści działają na terenie Kalisza, Torunia, Olsztyna i Gdyni – nie jest to pierwszy przypadek, kiedy nieuczciwi akwizytorzy namawiają na podpisywanie umów w imieniu dostawcy energii czy usług telekomunikacyjnych. Osobom, które mają wątpliwości co do zawartych niedawno transakcji przypominamy, że zgodnie z prawem umowę podpisaną poza placówką danego sprzedawcy – czyli w domu lub w innym miejscu – można rozwiązać bez podawania przyczyn i bez ponoszenia kosztów w ciągu 10 dni. Zawsze warto też pamiętać o dokładnym przeczytaniu dokumentów, pod którymi mamy złożyć podpis.
