Nowe rozdanie, nowe zasady. 8 miliardów złotych do wzięcia
Ruszył Regionalny Program Rozwoju Województwa Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020.
Wspierane mają być innowacje, specjalizacja regionów, ochrona środowiska, odnawialne źródłach energii, transport publiczny, edukacja i aktywizacja osób bezrobotnych – pochłoną ponad 6 i pół miliardów złotych. Będą za to mniejsze nakłady na infrastrukturę.
– O dotację na ten cel trzeba będzie się postarać – mówi burmistrz Pucka Hanna Pruchniewska.
To największy program finansowy w historii regionu – województwo pomorskie otrzyma 1 miliard euro więcej od poprzedniego rozdania. Teraz jednak wsparcie będzie udzielane z dwóch funduszy strukturalnych: Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego oraz Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego – co ma ułatwić planowanie powiązanych ze sobą przedsięwzięć. Nowością są też tzw. ramy wykonania, czyli cele do zrealizowania. – To duże pieniądze, ale będziemy skrupulatnie rozliczani – mówi marszałek województwa pomorskiego Mieczysław Struk. Bardzo ważnym elementem nowego programu rozwoju województwa pomorskiego jest możliwość koordynacji realizowanych projektów na obszarze kilku gmin lub powiatów. Samorządowcy będą musieli przygotować partnerskie przedsięwzięcia dla Trójmiasta i pozostałych, największych miast województwa.
