Nowe prawo łowieckie. Może skłócić rolników i myśliwych
Nowe prawo łowieckie może skłócić rolników i myśliwych. Przygotowana przez Ministerstwo Środowiska nowelizacja jednocześnie daje rolnikom prawo do decydowania w sprawie dzierżawienia ich gruntów w granice obwodu łowieckiego, z drugiej strony jednak odbierając prawo do odszkodowań.
– W przypadku nie wyrażenia zgody, nie będzie mógł jednak starać się o odszkodowania od kół łowieckich za wyrządzone przez zwierzynę szkody – mówi szef Pomorskiej Izby Rolniczej Zenon Bistram, który już kilkukrotnie w tej sprawie pisał petycje i opinie do Ministerstwa Środowiska.
Z tym nie zgadza się Pomorska Izba Rolnicza. Nowelizacja prawa łowieckiego, do której zobowiązał polski sejm Trybunał Konstytucyjny, ma bardziej respektować opinie rolników w sprawie polowań. Każdy rolnik będzie musiał zdecydować czy zgadza się na polowania na swoim terenie.
Rolnicy proponowali usystematyzowanie prawa dotyczącego odszkodowań za straty spowodowane przez zwierzynę w uprawach rolnych. Jednak ministerstwo tym nie chce się zająć – mówi Zenon Bistram. Pomorska Izba Rolnicza zapowiada kolejne postulaty w tej sprawie.
