Nie usłyszał zarzutów żaden z zatrzymanych pseudokibiców, podejrzewanych o atak na pociąg relacji Elbląg – Gdynia. Wszystkich 9 mężczyzn zwolniono po przesłuchaniach.
Do zdarzenia doszło w ubiegłą sobotę. Gdy pociąg zatrzymał się w okolicach stacji Gdańsk – Żabianka wdarła się do niego setka zamaskowanych osób i pobiła pasażerów. Pięć osób trafiło do szpitala. Zajście w pociągu było tzw. ustawką pseudokibiców. W sprawie zatrzymano 9 osób, ale po przesłuchaniach zwolniono. Nie postawiono im zarzutów, bo według policji nie było wystarczających dowodów. Te będą jeszcze zbierane, śledczy nadal pracują nad tą sprawą.
