Chcą godnie wykonywać swój zawód i domagają się rozmów na temat warunków pracy. Rozmowy przy okrągłym stole poświęcone postulatom pielęgniarek i położnych mają się odbyć 25 lutego.
Przypomnę, że w listopadzie ubiegłego roku pielęgniarki i położne manifestowały pod gabinetem marszałka pomorskiego w Gdańsku domagając się wzrostu pensji o 1 tys. 500 złotych, zaprzestania dyskryminowania ich zawodu oraz zwiększenia obsady na oddziałach, na których pracują. Wskazywały m.in. że zarobki pielęgniarek są uzależnione od budżetów konkretnych szpitali. Marszałek argumentował wtedy, że Urząd Marszałkowski nie powinien być adresatem ich żądań ale zaproszenie przyjął. – Do okrągłego stołu chcemy też zaprosić osoby odpowiedzialne za politykę zdrowotną w województwie i kraju – mówi Ilona Kwiatkowska – Falkowska, rzecznik prasowy Komitetu Obrony Pielęgniarek i Położnych. Debata poświęcona postulatom pielęgniarek i położnych odbędzie się 25 lutego w Gdańsku – w Filharmonii Bałtyckiej na Ołowiance.
