Przestępca lub przestępcy zniszczyli nagrobki, wynieśli też część ludzkich szczątków. Proceder był dobrze zorganizowany, sprawcy wybrali położony w ustronnym miejscu mały, parafialny cmentarz w Leszczynkach. Za dewastację grobowca sprawcom grozi kara do 2 lat więzienia. Za grabież – do lat 8.
