Chodzi o to, by w jednym miejscu umieścić ważne informacje o pacjencie – w pudełko wkłada się kartę informacyjną zawierającą numery telefoniczne do najbliższych, wszelkie wypisy ze szpitali, zaświadczenia lekarskie, listę przyjmowanych leków czy uczuleń.
