Święta święta i…. po świętach. Spalamy kalorie!

Jak wrócić do normalności po świętach? To oczywiste, że większość z nas po świątecznym łakomstwie czuje się bardziej ociężała, zmęczona i rozleniwiona. Statystycznie podczas świąt tyjemy około 2 kilogramów.
Radą dla tych, którzy chcą je zrzucić jest po pierwsze nie dojadanie resztek jedzenia po świętach, dobra dieta i regularne ćwiczenia. Wystarczy pół godziny codziennie na świeżym powietrzu.
