Akt oskarżenia w sprawie przetargów w MW
Jest akt oskarżenia w sprawie ustawionych przetargów w Marynarce Wojennej. Wojskowa Prokuratura Garnizonowa w Gdyni oskarżyła dwóch wojskowych oraz dwóch cywilnych pracowników firmy ochroniarskiej. Nieprawidłowości dotyczyły przetargów przeprowadzanych w latach 2007-2013, a łączna wartość zamówień, które były przedmiotem tych postępowań to nieco ponad 26 mln zł. Głównym oskarżonym jest Piotr G. – były komendant ochrony z Centrum Wsparcia Teleinformatyki i Dowodzenia Marynarki Wojennej w Wejherowie. Zdaniem prokuratury miał wielokrotnie przyjmować łapówki od pracowników jednej z firm ochroniarskich. W sumie G. miał przyjąć nie mniej niż 80 tys. zł., a w zamian „przeprowadzał niezgodnie z prawem – zdecydowanie faworyzując określony podmiot” postępowania przetargowe dotyczące ochrony obiektów wojskowych. Dzisiaj akta sprawy mają trafić do Wojskowego Sądu Garnizonowego w Gdyni.
