– Obecna oczyszczalnia jest przestarzała, dlatego trzeba zbudować nowoczesną, pozwalającą na oszczędzanie energii – mówi wójt Tomasz Brzoskowski.
Ruszyły prace przy rozbudowie oczyszczalni ścieków w Delowie koło Stężycy. To pierwszy etap inwestycji realizowanej z programu operacyjnego infrastruktura i środowisko. Dofinansowanie przyznano ale jest jeden warunek – oczyszczalnię trzeba wybudować w 10 miesięcy, czyli do września przyszłego roku. Szacowany koszt inwestycji to 12 mln złotych, dofinansowanie wyniesie 8 mln. Drugim etapem inwestycji będzie budowa sieci kanalizacyjnej w Szymbarku, Potułach, Kamienicy Szlacheckiej i Borucinie. Na to przyjdzie jednak poczekać jeszcze 4 lata. Gmina szacuje, że koszt budowy drugiego etapu wyniesie 30 mln zł.
