POWIAT KARTUSKI. Zwyciężyły Samorządne Kaszuby
Samorządne Kaszuby Janiny Kwiecień zwycięzcą wyborów do rady powiatu kartuskiego. Komitet dotychczasowej starosty zyskał podobnie jak 4 lata temu 9 mandatów. W porównaniu z poprzednimi wyborami samorządowymi – zwiększyło się poparcie dla Prawa i Sprawiedliwości oraz komitetu Porozumienie Samorządowe dla Kaszub, zmniejszyło za to dla Platformy Obywatelskiej, która dotychczas miała 5 radnych, a w nowej kadencji będzie ich 4. Niespodzianką jest też przegrana prezesa Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko – Pomorskiego Łukasza Grzędzickiego oraz znanej działaczki Zyty Górnej ze Zgorzałego, którzy kandydowali z list Platformy Obywatelskiej. W Radzie Powiatu Kartuskiego pojawi się za to inny znany działacz kaszubski, dyrektor Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko – Pomorskiej Tomasz Fopke. Oprócz niego ponownie mandat z wynikiem ponad tysiąca głosów uzyskał Eugeniusz Pryczkowski. Pierwszą sesję rady – zgodnie z prawem – zwołuje przewodniczący rady poprzedniej kadencji. Musi to zrobić w ciągu 7 dni od czasu ogłoszenia oficjalnych wyników wyborów w kraju.
