300 kg tytoniu bez akcyzy posiadał zatrzymany przez policję mieszkaniec Pucka. 41-latek usłyszał już zarzuty, w sprawie niewykluczone są dalsze zatrzymania. Kryminalni z Pucka współpracują w tym śledztwie z policjantami z Gdańska, z wydziału do walki z przestępczością gospodarczą. Podejrzany wpadł w ręce mundurowych w ubiegłą sobotę, zatrzymano go gdy ładował do bagażnika samochodu dwa worki tytoniu bez akcyzy. Policjanci zabezpieczyli worki i zatrzymali mężczyznę oraz kierowcę, który jak się okazało z tytoniem nie miał nic wspólnego, ale kierował samochodem w stanie nietrzeźwości. Badanie wykazało ponad pół promila alkoholu w organizmie. Policjanci zatrzymali mu prawo jazdy. Funkcjonariusze przeszukali także obserwowaną posesję, pod którą podjechał samochód. W garażu mundurowi zabezpieczyli jeszcze 18 worków z tytoniem. Wartość strat skarbu państwa z tytułu nieuiszczenia podatku akcyzowego oszacowano na około 200 tys. złotych. 41-latek z Pucka usłyszał zarzut posiadanie wyrobów tytoniowych bez znaków akcyzy za co grozi mu kara do 2 lat pozbawienia wolności. Śledczy określają sprawę jako rozwojową, niewykluczone są dalsze zatrzymania i zarzuty.
