Policja podsumowuje akcję „znicz” na Pomorzu
Jedna osoba zginęła, ponad dwadzieścia zostało rannych – to dane z niedzieli z sytuacji na pomorskich drogach. Policjanci podsumowują powoli akcję „Znicz”, trwają jeszcze wzmożone kontrole na głównych trasach. Od piątku ponad 3 i pół tysięcy policjantów drogówki i prewencji wspieranych przez strażników miejskich czy żandarmerię wojskową kierowało ruchem w pobliżu cmentarzy i kontrolowało prędkość, stan trzeźwości kierujących, zapinanie pasów i sposób przewożenia dzieci. Mimo wzmożonych kontroli na pomorskich drogach doszło do kilkunastu zdarzeń. Najtragiczniejsze miało miejsce w niedzielę nad ranem w miejscowości Pawłówko w powiecie człuchowskim. Młody mężczyzna przeciął lewy pas ruchu i uderzył w drzewo zginął na miejscu. Do groźnie wyglądającego wypadku doszło w sobotę na wojewódzkiej 216 w Celbowie, to na trasie Reda – Puck. Zderzyły się tam dwa auta po tym jak jeden z kierowców nie ustąpił pierwszeństwa nadjeżdżającemu z naprzeciwka. Rannych zostało 5 osób, w tym dziecko. Od piątku policja zatrzymała ponad dwudziestu nietrzeźwych kierowców. Bilans akcji znicz może jeszcze wzrosnąć, bo trwają jeszcze wzmożone kontrole na głównych trasach – w związku z powrotami osób które wyjechały by odwiedzić groby bliskich.
