Tysiące policjantów będą dbać o bezpieczeństwo
Rusza akcja „Znicz”. Policja apeluje do kierowców o ostrożność, nad bezpieczeństwem na drogach będzie też czuwać więcej patroli niż zwykle. Związana z dniem Wszystkich Świętych i Zaduszkami akcja rozpoczyna się dzisiaj i potrwa do niedzieli. Policjanci apelują do kierowców o dostosowanie prędkości do warunków na drodze i zwracanie szczególnej uwagi na pieszych, których – szczególnie w pobliżu cmentarzy – będzie bardzo dużo. Jak zawsze podczas tego typu akcji mundurowi będą kontrolować prędkość, z jaką jadą kierowcy, stan techniczny aut i m.in. sposób przewożenia dzieci. Na ich pobłażliwość nie mogą też liczyć ci, którzy siadają za kierownicę pod wpływem alkoholu. W czasie trwającej 4 dni w ubiegłym roku akcji „Znicz” na polskich drogach doszło do 338 wypadków, w których zginęło 38 osób, a 410 zostało rannych.
