Amber Gold. Śledztwo przedłużone do końca roku
Pozew zbiorowy prawie 900 poszkodowanych osób przeciwko członkom zarządu Amber Gold jest niedopuszczalny prawnie – uznał wczoraj Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku. 2 lata po głośnym upadku parabanku – jego oszukani klienci domagali się łącznie ponad 76 mln złotych. Amber Gold kusiła dużym oprocentowaniem i szybkim zarobkiem. Miała inwestować w złoto i inne kruszce. Po 3 latach działalności spółka ogłosiła upadłość a jej klienci pozostali z niczym. Wspólnie prawie 900 oszukanych osób złożyło pozew grupowy przeciwko członkom zarządu – Marcinowi i Katarzynie P. Sąd jednak wniosek odrzucił. Jego zdaniem pozew powinien być skierowany przeciwko spółce a nie członkom zarządu. Druga wątpliwość dotyczyła tego, że poszkodowani zawierali umowy na różne okresy i na różnych warunkach, co też nie spełniało warunków pozwu zbiorowego. Tak więc tysiące poszkodowanych osób, po 2 latach sprawy, nadal pozostają bez żadnego odszkodowania. Na początku czerwca sąd w Warszawie odrzucił podobny pozew przeciwko Skarbowi Państwa. Właściciele Amber Gold przebywają wciąż w areszcie – Marcin P. już od 2 lat, jego żona od półtora roku. Prokuratura zarzuca im wspólne działania w ramach piramidy finansowej, przez co doprowadzili w sumie około 18 tysięcy osób do niekorzystnego rozporządzenia ich mieniem w kwocie 851 mln złotych. To śledztwo przedłużono do końca 2014 roku. Obojgu podejrzanym grozi 15 lat więzienia.
