Czy zakaz uboju rytualnego przyczyni się do spadku cen żywca i drobiu dla naszych rolników?
Spadek cen żywca i drobiu oraz likwidacja wielu miejsc pracy w ubojniach – takie skutki wprowadzenia zakazu uboju rytualnego w Polsce przewiduje dyrektor Pomorskiego Ośrodka Doradztwa Rolniczego Aleksander Mach.
Przypomnijmy, że ubój rytualny to zabicie zwierzęcia bez ogłuszenia przez szybkie wykrwawienie się. Według poszczególnych związków wyznaniowych głównie Żydów i Muzułmanów tylko takie mięso jest czyste i nadaje się do spożycia. Dodajmy, że w sprawie zakazu przedstawiciele europejskich gmin żydowskich zapowiadają odwołanie do Trybunału Praw Człowieka w Strasburgu.
