Pod Kartuzami zlikwidowano nielegalną fabrykę papierosów
Pod Kartuzami zlikwidowano nielegalną fabrykę papierosów. Zarzuty w tej sprawie postawiono już siedmiu osobom. – Do ujawnienia i zlikwidowania nielegalnej produkcji wyrobów tytoniowych doszło dzięki pracy funkcjonariuszy Centralnego Biura Śledczego i służb Urzędu Celnego w Gdyni – opisuje rzecznik Izby Celnej w Gdyni Marcin Daczko. Po wkroczeniu do fabryki mundurowi zatrzymali 7 osób w trakcie produkcji nielegalnych papierosów – 4 z nich okazało się obywatelami Macedonii. Zabezpieczono też kompletną linię produkcyjną służącą do produkcji papierosów, 3 tony krajanki tytoniowej oraz cały dotychczasowy urobek – 2 miliony 200 tysięcy papierosów bez oznaczeń marki. Ich wprowadzenie na rynek naraziłoby Skarb Państwa na 3 miliony 700 tysięcy straty z powodu niezapłaconej akcyzy. Sześciu zatrzymanych kartuski sąd aresztował na 3 miesiące, wszyscy usłyszeli też zarzuty za które grozi im do 5 lat więzienia.
