Nowy ciężki wóz bojowy zamiast starego jelcza – będą mieli strażacy ochotnicy z Linii. Jutro ma być ogłoszony przetarg na jego zakup. To jeden z wozów, którego kupno dofinansował na początku sierpnia samorząd województwa pomorskiego. Podpisano wtedy 14 umów, a nowe samochody otrzymają też m.in. druhowie z Ochotniczych Straży Pożarnych w Borzytuchomiu, Dzierżążnie, Kolbudach, Potęgowie, Przywidzu, Sierakowicach i Chłapowie, wszystkie te jednostki działają w ramach Krajowego Systemu Ratowniczo – Gaśniczego. – Procedurę zakupu nowego wozu bojowego w gminie Linia rozpoczynają jutro – wyjaśnia wójt gminy Linia. Łukasz Jabłoński wyjaśnia że w strażackim taborze są trzy auta, wszystkie dość wiekowe. Pierwszy w kolejce do wymiany jest stary jelcz. Zastąpi go ciężki wóz bojowy. Strażacy w Linii nowy wóz bojowy mają dostać jeszcze w tym roku.
