Finał bójki na gdyńskiej plaży z udziałem kibiców Ruchu Chorzów
Dwa wyroki złagodzone, pięć bez zmian – to sądowy finał bójki na gdyńskiej plaży z udziałem kibiców Ruchu Chorzów i meksykańskich marynarzy. Do zajść doszło rok temu, a w styczniu tego roku gdyński sąd skazał siedmiu kibiców Ruchu Chorzów na kary bezwzględnego więzienia. 2 lata i 2 miesiące dla najbardziej brutalnego z nich, reszta miała trafić za kratki na rok i 10 miesięcy. W procesie odwoławczym Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku utrzymał wczoraj w mocy pięć wyroków, dwóm mężczyznom którzy przyznali się do winy kary złagodził – zamiast na rok i dziesięć miesięcy trafią do więzienia na półtora roku. Sąd uznał też, że żaden z oskarżonych o pobicie meksykańskich marynarzy nie zasługuje na warunkowe zawieszenie kary. W uzasadnieniu wyroku sędzia Dagmara Taraszkiewicz podkreśliła, że postawa oskarżonych zasługuje na „szczególne potępienie”, a sama bójka na plaży miała „bardzo drastyczny przebieg”. Wyrok jest prawomocny.
