Będzie strategiczny inwestor dla szpitala w Kościerzynie
To już pewne. Będzie strategiczny inwestor dla tonącego w długach szpitala w Kościerzynie. Dzisiaj umowę inwestycyjną władze województwa podpiszą z Agencją Rozwoju Przemysłu, która dokapitalizuje szpital kwotą 44,5 mln złotych. Przypomnijmy, że szpital w Kościerzynie był dotychczas jednym z najbardziej zadłużonych w województwie. Jeszcze rok temu długi sięgały 100 mln złotych. Po restrukturyzacjach i przekształceniu w spółkę na minusie jest jeszcze ponad 30 mln złotych. Dotychczas jedynym udziałowcem szpitalnej spółki był Urząd Marszałkowski w Gdańsku. Od wielu miesięcy prowadzono negocjacje z Agencją Rozwoju Przemysłu, która miałaby postawić szpital w Kościerzynie „na nogi”. Dzisiaj dojdzie do podpisania umowy inwestycyjnej. Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu przejmie 40,97% udziałów szpitala, wprowadzając do spółki 44,5 mln złotych – mówi dyrektor departamentu zdrowia w Urzędzie Marszałkowskim Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda. Dodajmy, że szpital w Kościerzynie od miesięcy przygotowywał się do przyjęcia inwestora. W ramach kolejnej restrukturyzacji między innymi zwolniono ponad 100 osób. Umowa inwestycyjna została podpisana dzisiaj w Urzędzie Marszałkowskim w Gdańsku.
