Zmiany w Powiatowych Urzędach Pracy
Indywidualny doradca dla bezrobotnego i profilowanie jego osoby – to tylko niektóre ze zmian, które obowiązują w Powiatowych Urzędach Pracy. Weszły w życie nowe przepisy, zgodnie z którymi urzędy mają bardziej aktywizować bezrobotnych i nastawiać się na skuteczność swojej pracy. Urzędy mają od dzisiaj obowiązek niezwłocznie ustalić profil każdej nowo rejestrującej się osoby. Do wyboru są trzy możliwości – w zależności od tego, jakie jest oddalenie bezrobotnego od rynku pracy, w tym jego gotowość i motywacja do podjęcia zatrudnienia. Okoliczności te będą decydować o tym, co urząd mu zaoferuje: pracę, staż czy działania integracyjne. Wobec tych, którzy już figurują w ewidencji, profile pomocy powinny zostać ustalone do końca tego roku. Oprócz tego urzędy wkrótce zobowiązane będą też do sporządzania indywidualnych planów działania dla każdego bezrobotnego. – Nowe przepisy spowodują wydłużenie kolejek w pośredniakach, choć nie będzie rewolucji – mówi szef Urzędu w Kościerzynie Mirosław Ginter. Bezrobotnym, który chce się zarejestrować zajmuje się teraz wyznaczony do tego doradca klienta. Potem będzie mu on towarzyszył w toku całego okresu korzystania z usług pośredniaka.
