Zmarły mężczyzna mieszkał w przybudówce jednego z domów mieszkalnych w Jastarni. Rodzina znalazła go w nocy z piątku na sobotę, 82-latek został dotkliwie pobity. Mężczyzny nie udało się uratować. Przyczyną śmierci były obrażenia zadane przez napastników – informuje pucka prokuratura. Podejrzani w tej sprawie są dwaj mieszkańcy Jastarni – 32 i 44 letni. Jeden z nich był już kilkukrotnie notowany za przestępstwa przeciwko mieniu. Mężczyźni zostali zatrzymani w niedzielę, dzisiaj są przesłuchiwani. Według wstępnych ustaleń napadli na 82-latka w celu rabunkowym. Mężczyznom zostanie prawdopodobnie postawiony zarzut usiłowania rozboju i spowodowanie ciężkiego uszczerbku na zdrowiu skutkującego śmiercią.
Podejrzanemu, który był już wcześniej notowany, może grozić kara od 3 do 15 lat więzienia.
