60 policjantów wzięło udział w nocnej akcji „Bezpieczny Sopot”
Blisko 60 policjantów wzięło udział w nocnej akcji „Bezpieczny Sopot”. Jej celem było m.in. przeciwdziałanie oraz ograniczanie wykroczeń najbardziej uciążliwych dla mieszkańców.
To przygrywka do sezonu letniego, który dla policjantów zaczyna się u nas praktycznie od majówki. W nocy z soboty na niedzielę patrole obecne były w najbardziej newralgicznych miejscach, takich jak okolice klubów lokali rozrywkowych, restauracji, dyskotek. Badano też trzeźwość kierowców na drogach wlotowych i wylotowych z Sopotu. Policjanci przeprowadzili 111 interwencji, wystawili w sumie 85 mandatów i sporządzili 3 wnioski o ukaranie do sądu w tym m.in. związanych z łamaniem ustawy o wychowaniu w trzeźwości oraz przepisów porządkowych. Na gorącym uczynku zatrzymanych zostało 6 sprawców przestępstw. Trzech z nich kierowało samochodem pod wpływem amfetaminy, kokainy oraz marihuany, zaś kolejny kierowca miał w wydychanym powietrzu 1,66 promila alkoholu w organizmie.
Akcja „Bezpieczny Sopot” to odpowiedź mundurowych na prośby mieszkańców zgłaszane podczas konsultacji społecznych.
