60 mieszkań komunalnych wybudują w Helu
60 mieszkań komunalnych ma powstać w Helu. Tamtejszy samorząd chce zastąpić nimi lokale Agencji Mienia Wojskowego, z których dotychczas korzystali mieszkańcy miasta w potrzebie.
– W związku z nowymi wytycznymi rządu obecnie nie możemy już wynajmować mieszkań od wojska – tłumaczy decyzję o realizacji inwestycji burmistrz Helu Klemens Kohnke.
Samorząd przeznaczył pod inwestycję uzbrojoną działkę na terenie Helu o powierzchni 7 tysięcy metrów kwadratowych. Gotowe są też wstępne projekty budynków. Wstępny koszt inwestycji szacowany jest na około 8 milionów złotych. Pierwszy budynek mieszczący nowe mieszkania komunalne w Helu ma być gotowy do końca tego roku.
