500 złotych mandatu dla nielegalnego sprzedawcy wędzonek
Wędzonki prosto z bagażnika osobówki sprzedawał w Wejherowie mieszkaniec Gdyni – nielegalnie i w nieodpowiednich warunkach.
Handlującego na piaszczystym placu między ulicą Żeromskiego i marketem skontrolowali strażnicy miejscy. Mężczyzna nie posiadał jakichkolwiek zezwoleń. Nie miał wpisu do rejestru działalności gospodarczej, nie mówiąc już o tym że wędliny można sprzedawać z pojazdów posiadających atest sanepidu, a wprowadzane do obrotu mięso musi pochodzić legalnie działających zakładów przetwórstwa mięsnego objętych kontrolą sanitarno – weterynaryjną. Dodatkowo waga, której używał Gdynianin, nie posiadała urzędowej legalizacji. Straż Miejska może ukarać handlującego mandatem do 500 złotych, jeśli sprawa trafi do sądu finansowa kara może wzrosnąć dziesięciokrotnie.
