Muzeum Miasta Gdynia stawia na edukację
Na edukację stawia Muzeum Miasta Gdynia w popularyzacji historii Gdyni i losów jego mieszkańców. Zaprasza też gdynian do dzielenia się swoimi historiami i pamiątkami.
– Dzięki takim działaniom nasza lokalność może być naszą główną siłą – mówił dziś w naszej porannej audycji dyrektor Muzeum Miasta Gdyni Jacek Friedrich.
Najnowszym projektem placówki jest „Gdynia opowiedziana” – przedstawiający najważniejsze wydarzenia ze współczesnej historii miasta z perspektywy jego mieszkańców w krótkich, filmowych opowieściach. Opracowano także materiały edukacyjne: scenariusze lekcji dla nauczycieli historii i wiedzy o społeczeństwie, biogramy bohaterów filmów, teksty prezentujące kontekst każdego z filmów, a także grę miejską. Materiały edukacyjne i historie rodzin Gdynian, na które wpływ miały najważniejsze wydarzenia 20-go wieku, można znaleźć na stronie internetowej projektu Gdynia opowiedziana. Muzeum zachęca teraz do włączania się w tworzenie nowej wystawy stałej.
Zgłaszać można się pod mailowym adresem dodajhistorie@muzeumgdynia.pl. Na dniach w Muzeum Miasta Gdyni rozpocznie się przebudowa dachu, w pierwszej fazie prac placówka będzie zamknięta. Rozmowy o działalności muzeum z jego dyrektorem Jackiem Friedrichem posłuchać można na radiokaszebe.pl.
