400 tysięcy złotych do wzięcia na mini – granty. Od pół tysiąca do 5 tysięcy złotych można pozyskać z „Akumulatora społecznego” na najróżniejsze inicjatywy lokalne. To pierwsze rozdanie z funduszu współfinansowanego przez ministerstwo pracy, w kolejnych latach planowane są jeszcze co najmniej dwa konkursy. „Akumulator społeczny” jest wynikiem współpracy siedmiu pomorskich organizacji, które chcą w ten sposób finansowo wspierać organizacje pozarządowe i grupy nieformalne. Wystarczy więc skrzyknąć kilka osób, które mają pomysł i chcą działać na rzecz lokalnej społeczności – i już mogą się ubiegać o pieniądze. Takie małe grupy w pierwszym rozdaniu mogą się ubiegać o 500 złotych, organizacje – jak kluby, stowarzyszenia i fundacje – o 5 tysięcy. Nabór wniosków będzie trwał do 11 września, projekt musi być zrealizowany do końca tego roku. Najważniejszy w ubieganiu się o grant jest pomysł – wyjaśnia Katarzyna Witkowska z fundacji Edukacji i Działań Społecznych w Kartuzach. Podania w ramach funduszu „Akumulator społeczny” składa się drogą elektroniczną w generatorze wniosków dostępnym na stronie internetowej www.witkac.pl. Szczegóły konkursu są dostępne na stronach lokalnych operatorów funduszu, min. działającym w Słupsku i Kartuzach Centrum Inicjatyw Społecznych, aktywnym w powiatach: lęborskim, wejherowskim i puckim Stowarzyszeniu EDUQ z Lęborka czy w powiatach: bytowskim i kościerskim Fundacji Rozwoju Lokalnego PARASOL.
