3. Festiwal Żurawiny rozpoczyna się jutro w Kościerzynie
Zupę żurawinową, a także piwo i chleb z żurawiny będą próbować uczestnicy III Festiwalu Żurawiny, który jutro rozpocznie się w Kościerzynie. W jego ramach odbędzie się konferencja naukowa, rajd rowerowy, a także festyn regionalny.
Promocją tego owocu od wielu lat zajmuje się Kaszubskie Stowarzyszenie Agroturystyczne „Kościerska Chata”. W tym roku podczas konferencji wiele czasu poświęcą tematowi ochrony kaszubskiej żurawiny, która rośnie na terenach bagiennych. W sobotę z Kościerzyny wyruszy rajd rowerowy nowo przygotowanym „Szlakiem Kaszubskiej Żurawiny”. Jego uczestnicy dotrą do Dobrogoszcza, gdzie odbędzie się festyn żurawinowy, podczas którego zaplanowano występy artystyczne i degustacje dań z żurawiny.
