26-latek zatrzymany w związku ze śmiercią 33-latka z gminy Luzino
Zarzut ciężkiego uszkodzenia ciała usłyszał 26-latek zatrzymany w związku ze śmiercią 33-latka z gminy Luzino.
– Wystąpiliśmy o jego aresztowanie na trzy miesiące – informuje Lidia Jeske z Prokuratury Rejonowej w Wejherowie.
Ciało mężczyzny z raną kłutą nogi znaleziono w ubiegłym tygodniu w zagajniku leśnym w Luzinie. Sekcja zwłok wykazała, że przyczyną śmierci byłą utrata znacznej ilości krwi. Nóż, który był narzędziem zbrodni trafił w tętnicę udową. Podejrzany w tej sprawie jest znajomy denata. 26-latek został zatrzymany i przesłuchany. 26-latkowi za uszkodzenie ciała skutkujące śmiercią grozi od 2 do 12 lat pozbawienia wolności.
