25-lecie działalności świętowali strażacy z PSP w Kościerzynie
Uroczystą akademią strażacy z Kościerzyny uczcili wczoraj 25-tą rocznicę powstania Państwowej Straży Pożarnej. Podczas uroczystości wręczono awanse i odznaczenia, zebrani goście dziękowali strażakom za ich pracę i poświęcenie.
– Przez ostatnie ćwierć wieku dokonaliśmy olbrzymiego postępu – mówił wczoraj komendant kościerskiej PSP brygadier Tomasz Klinkosz.
Kościerscy strażacy rocznie podejmują blisko tysiąc interwencji, z czego 25 procent to gaszenie pożarów, a reszta to zagrożenia miejscowe, w tym pomoc poszkodowanym w wypadkach czy usuwanie skutków anomalii pogodowych. Podczas wczorajszych uroczystości świętowano również 10 rocznicę powołania Organizacji Zakładowej NSZZ Solidarność przy komendzie w Kościerzynie oraz 20-lecia Specjalistycznej Grupy Ratownictwa Wodno-Nurkowego.
