24 mln złotych na system gospodarowania wodami opadowymi
24 mln złotych wyda Gdynia na rozwijanie systemu gospodarowania wodami opadowymi. Rozbudowa sieci kanalizacyjnej w ramach tego projektu rozpoczyna się właśnie na osiedlu Zamenhofa – Opata Hackiego.
Na ten cel miasto pozyskało 20 mln zł dotacji z programu Infrastruktura i Środowisko, a 4 mln dołoży z własnego budżetu. – To kontynuacja działań prowadzonych konsekwentnie od wielu lat – mówi wiceprezydent Gdyni Michał Guć. Mają one m.in. złagodzić skutki ulewnych deszczy, które zdarzają się coraz częściej. Obecnym programem objęto śródmieście – rejon ulicy Wybickiego i Skweru Kościuszki oraz przyszkolne boiska przy ulicy Wolności.
Nowej sieci doczekają się też mieszkańcy osiedla Zamenhofa – Opata Hackiego na Chyloni. Osiedle Zamenhofa – Opata Hackiego jest objęte rewitalizacją. Rozpoczęły się tam już pierwsze prace związane z rozbudową sieci kanalizacji deszczowej i dróg osiedlowych. Pierwszy etap obejmuje ulice okalające rejon, potrwa 32 tygodnie. Drugi obejmie drogi wewnątrzosiedlowe.
