Dziadku drogi dziadku przytul mocno mnie – śpiewają dzisiaj przedszkolaki na całych Kaszubach. 22 stycznia obchodzimy dzień wszystkich dziadków po kaszubsku nazywanych ópami, starkami albo stareszkami.
Święto to przywędrowało do Polski z Ameryki w latach 80. XX wieku. Przyjęło się, że w tym dniu organizowane są przedszkolne przedstawienia, a dzieci swoim dziadkom składają życzenia i dają laurki. Podobnie było w przedszkolu Tęczowa Trójeczka w Kościerzynie. My również wszystkim dziadkom życzymy dużo zdrowia, siły, uśmiechu i długich lat życia. Oraz mnóstwo laurek i uścisków od wnuków.
