15 tysięcy złotych na organizację wymarzonej wyprawy czeka na podróżników, którzy zgłoszą się do Nagrody imienia Andrzeja Zawady. Termin upływa 15 stycznia.
Konkurs jest organizowany po raz 14-ty, rozstrzygnięty zostanie tradycyjnie już podczas Ogólnopolskich Spotkań Podróżników, Żeglarzy i Alpinistów w Gdyni. Nagroda im. Andrzeja Zawady ma ułatwiać młodym globtroterom realizację ambitnych celów podróżniczo-eksploracyjnych. Zwycięzcę konkursu wybiera Kapituła Kolosów złożona z podróżniczych autorytetów, grant na zorganizowanie wyprawy funduje prezydent miasta Gdyni. Projekty wypraw mogą zgłaszać kandydaci, którzy nie ukończyli 35 lat, a w przypadku grupy osób średnia wieku nie może przekraczać 35-u lat. O wyborze zwycięzcy decyduje oryginalność i jakość projektu i wcześniejszy dorobek podróżnika.
Wybrani kandydaci zostaną poproszeni o wygłoszenie podczas Kolosów w Gdyni prelekcji o swoim największym dotychczasowym dokonaniu. Zgłoszenia należy przesyłać do 15-go stycznia na adres Urzędu Miasta Gdyni, zainteresowanych konkursem odsyłam do strony internetowej gdyniaturystyczna.pl.
