1,5 mln zł. na odszkodowania za grunty przejęte od miasta
Półtora mln złotych na wypłatę odszkodowań za przejęte od mieszkańców grunty musi przeznaczyć w przyszłym roku miasto Kościerzyna.
– Przy realizacji tych inwestycji ówczesne władze nie zabezpieczyły środków na odszkodowania – tłumaczy burmistrz Michał Majewski.
To zaległości z realizowanych w ostatnich dwóch latach inwestycji. Odszkodowania dotyczą zajętych gruntów i mienia mieszkańców przy budowie ulic Rzemieślniczej, 66. Kaszubskiego Pułku Piechoty, 8 marca i Towarowej. Władze miasta podpisały porozumienie z mieszkańcami, zgodnie z którym spłata odszkodowań będzie rozłożona na raty nawet na 4 lata.
