10 mln zł na rewitalizację Osiedla Tysiąclecia w Kościerzynie
Mimo ograniczenia unijnych środków Kościerzyna przystąpi do programu rewitalizacji osiedla Tysiąclecia. Na ten cel miasto pozyskało 10 mln złotych – czyli 65 zamiast zakładanych 85 procent kosztów inwestycji.
– Mimo obniżenia poziomu dofinansowania przystąpimy do tego programu – zapowiada burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Pieniądze na ten cel – łącznie 153 mln zł – rozdysponował Zarząd Województwa Pomorskiego pomiędzy 15 samorządów. Mają być one przeznaczone na inwestycje w drogi, budynki czy parki oraz aktywizację społeczną najbardziej zdegradowanych osiedli. W Kościerzynie chcą rewitalizować Osiedle Tysiąclecia wraz z ulicą Kartuską. Przy współudziale wspólnot mieszkaniowych mają być wyremontowane bloki i budynki wielorodzinne. W planie jest też modernizacja ulic, chodników i placów zabaw. – Powstanie również Centrum Integracji Społecznej – wymienia Michał Majewski. Dofinansowanie na projekty rewitalizacyjne otrzymało 15 pomorskich miast, w tym m.in. Lębork, Słupsk, Ustka i Chojnice.
