Rozpoczęła się budowa węzła integracyjnego w Redzie
W Redzie na początek zamknięto dziki parking przy torach – w ramach rozpoczętej budowy węzła integracyjnego. To duża inwestycja, która ma ułatwić i usprawnić korzystanie z transportu zbiorowego.
Przygotowania trwały cztery lata, powodem były m.in. zbyt drogie oferty w przetargach na wykonawcę prac. Rozstrzygnięto je dopiero po rozdzieleniu zadań na proce drogowe i modernizację kolektora ściekowego. Jego wymiana była już konieczna – mówi burmistrz Krzysztof Krzemiński. Koszt wymiany kolektora WRR poniesie gdyński PEWiK. Oprócz uciążliwości odorowych przyniosła ona zamknięcie dzikiego parkowiska przy torach. W tym miejscu powstanie parking na 200 samochodów. Parking ma być udostępniony jesienią przyszłego roku. W tym czasie kierowcy mogą zostawiać pojazdy przy ulicach: Leśnej i Sobieskiego.
Uciążliwości przy pracach drogowych powstającego węzła przy dworcu w Redzie mają się rozpocząć na wiosnę.
