Pomysł powołania Młodzieżowej Rady Miasta się sprawdził – oceniają samorządowcy w Redzie w związku z rozpoczęciem jej kolejnej kadencji.
– To oni będą zasiadać za kilkanaście lat na naszych stanowiskach – musimy ich przygotować” – podkreśla Burmistrz Redy Krzysztof Krzemiński.
W Młodzieżowej Radzie zasiada 15 osób. Są to uczniowie w wieku od 13 do 16 lat. Nie dysponują własnym budżetem, ale mają swój program i zgłaszają pomysły. Opiniują też dotyczące ich uchwały Rady Miasta. Kadencja Młodzieżowej Rady Miasta w Redzie trwa rok.
