Zumba zdobywa serca kobiet w powiecie kościerskim
Panie są coraz bardziej aktywne i szukają odpoczynku poza domem. Na przeciw tym oczekiwaniom wyszła kościerska Rada Seniorów organizując darmowe zajęcia zumby wraz z prelekcjami o zdrowym stylu życia.
Finansowo wsparła je Miejska Komisja Rozwiązywania Problemów Alkoholowych w Kościerzynie. – Aktywność fizyczna jest najlepszą alternatywą na zagrożenia dzisiejszego świata – mówiły Ani Cupa-Dziemińskiej uczestniczki zajęć. Darmowe zajęcia zumby odbywają się obecnie w Sali Szopińskiego w Kościerzynie w każdą środę o 18:30. Projekt ma potrwać pięć miesięcy.
