Zmiany w przepisach dotyczących imprez turystycznych
Z początkiem lipca zmieniły się przepisy dotyczące imprez turystycznych i usług powiązanych. Dzięki nim konsumenci z całej Unii Europejskiej są chronieni na tym samym poziomie.
Zmieniły się zasady reklamacji wyjazdów, podwyższania cen wycieczki czy rozwiązania umowy. W takich nadzwyczajnych przypadkach biuro podróży ma 14 dni na zwrot pieniędzy. Nowe przepisy zniosły też okres 30 dni na złożenie reklamacji. Podróżni zyskali więcej praw w przypadku niewypłacalności biura podróży. Do tej pory mogli liczyć na pokrycie kosztu powrotu i zwrot wpłaconych, ale niewykorzystanych kwot. Teraz jeśli biuro upadnie można kontynuować wypoczynek, tak jak było przewidziane w umowie.
