Zgłoś swoje dziecko na język kaszubski w szkole – zachęca Centrum Edukacji Nauczycieli w Gdańsku. Zainteresowani edukacją kaszubską powinni złożyć odpowiedni wniosek do dyrektora szkoły najlepiej w marcu.
– To doskonały sposób na poszerzenie wiedzy i zainteresowań dzieci – ocenia profesor Monika Mazurek z Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego.
Nauczanie języka kaszubskiego odbywa się na zasadzie dobrowolności. Wnioski w przypadku dzieci ze szkół podstawowych i gimnazjów składają ich rodzice. Na podstawie tych deklaracji dyrektor zobowiązany jest zorganizować naukę języka kaszubskiego. Języka kaszubskiego uczy się obecnie około 19 tysięcy dzieci. Do samorządów na ten cel wpływa dodatkowa subwencja oświatowa. W ubiegłym roku było to łącznie 116 mln złotych. – To niestety rodzi spore nadużycia – ostrzega Renata Mistarz z Centrum Edukacji Nauczycieli w Gdańsku. Wójtowie gmin i dyrektorzy szkół ograniczają liczbę przyjmowanych na język kaszubski dzieci, aby uzyskać wyższe subwencje.
Pamiętajmy, że szkoły nie mają limitu przyjmowania dzieci na język kaszubski. I każdy ma prawo uczyć się rodnej mowy. Wszelkie nadużycia mogą Państwo zgłaszać w Centrum Edukacji Nauczycieli bądź w Zrzeszeniu Kaszubsko – Pomorskim. Wnioski o nauczanie języka kaszubskiego można składać do 30 kwietnia.
