Zdrowi Wiekowi w Gdańsku – 26-27 X
Gdańsk jest drugim miastem, w którym odbędzie się akcja prozdrowotna w ramach kampanii „Zdrowi wiekowi”. Przez dwa dni w Galerii Bałtyckiej każdy senior będzie mógł skorzystać z bezpłatnych konsultacji medycznych oraz wziąć udział w konkursach z nagrodami. – Do dyspozycji seniorów będą m.in. psycholog, specjalista z zakresu geriatrii, masażysta i fizjoterapeuta, którzy doradzą i odpowiedzą na pytania nurtujące zarówno osoby w podeszłym wieku, jak i ich opiekunów. Poza tym organizatorzy przygotowali mini strefę relaksacyjną z kwiatami, muzyką i fotelem masującym. Natomiast „Szkoła tańca 50+” Tomasza Bienia wystąpi ze specjalnym pokazem tanecznym dla seniorów. Dodatkowo na miejscu wszystkim chętnym rozdawane będzie również wydawnictwo „Zdrowi Wiekowi – o seniorach nie tylko dla seniorów” z dużą ilością praktycznych porad, jak najlepiej pomagać osobie starszej. Działania edukacyjno-zdrowotne w Galerii Bałtyckiej odbywać się będą w godzinach 13.00-19.00.
