Wójtowie z kościerskiego chcą subwencji środowiskowej
Gminy na Kaszubach apelują do posłów o ponowne podjęcie działań w sprawie tak zwanej subwencji środowiskowej. Miałaby to być rekompensata za utracone wpływy z powodu obostrzeń związanych z różnymi formami ochrony przyrody. Apel do klubów parlamentarnych w tej sprawie wysłali wszyscy wójtowie z powiatu kościerskiego.
– Apelujemy do posłów o ponowne zajęcie się tą sprawą – mówi wójt gminy Dziemiany Leszek Pobłocki.
Sprawa dotyczy około 150 gmin w Polsce i ponad 30 na Kaszubach, w których powyżej 75% powierzchni objęte jest formami ochrony przyrody, w tym terenem parku narodowego, rezerwatu przyrody bądź Naturą 2000. Związane z tym obostrzenia powodują straty dla gmin, co miałaby zrekompensować wypłacana przez państwo subwencja. Jej górną granicę określono na milion złotych rocznie. Temat utknął jednak w komisjach sejmowych.
W powiecie kościerskim prawie stuprocentową ochroną przyrody objęte są gminy Dziemiany, Lipusz i Karsin. Po wprowadzeniu subwencji samorządy mogłyby co roku zyskać około miliona złotych na inwestycje ekologiczne.
