Wnioski o dopłaty bezpośrednie – tylko przez internet
Wnioski o dopłaty bezpośrednie rolnicy będą składać tylko przez internet. Zmiany od nowego roku wprowadza Ministerstwo Rolnictwa. To konsekwencja unijnych wymogów, które Polska musi wdrożyć od 2018 roku.
– Wersje papierowe będą wciąż możliwe, ale dla tych, którzy udowodnią, że nie mają komputera i dostępu do internetu – mówi Zenon Bistram, szef Pomorskiej Izby Rolniczej.
Dla wielu rolników będzie to oznaczało prawdziwą rewolucję. Dotychczas na ponad 1 mln 300 tysięcy rolników ubiegających się o dopłaty bezpośrednie w Polsce, jedynie 1% składał wnioski elektroniczne. Dla części rolników, których sytuacja nie zmieniła się w porównaniu z poprzednim rokiem, procedury zostaną uproszczone. – Wystarczy wówczas złożyć jedynie oświadczenie – dodaje Zenon Bistram. Oświadczenia rolnicy będą musieli złożyć do biura powiatowego ARiMR od 15 lutego do 14 marca na formularzu opracowanym przez Agencję.
